As an SEO Reseller, I'm kind of surprised that not even one Google tool was in the list, but either way the tools you've mentioned are ok. One thing though, Keyword density doesn't help much since Google little to no consideration in it. I don't know about Yahoo and Bing since their Algorithm is different, so I think it wouldn't hurt to pay attention to keywords a bit, but not keyword stuffing.
